Mustard Vinaigrette

  • 2 tsp Mia’s Kitchen Balsamic Reduction
  • 3 oz Mia’s Kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tsp water


  1. In a small bowl, add the balsamic reduction, and dijon. Slowly whisk in the extra virgin olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste. If dressing is too thick, whisk in a few teaspoons of water until desired consistency is reached.

This vinagrette is great drizzled over salad, fish and chicken, or used as a marinade.
