- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup Mia’s Kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tbsp water (plus more, if desired)
- salt and pepper to taste
- In a food processor, add eggs, and lemon juice; puree and slowly drizzle olive oil in. Add water until desired consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
