Q: How long will a jar of pasta sauce last after I open it?
A: Pasta sauce will last about a week in the fridge- but if you eat it like I do, with a spoon straight out of the jar, it won’t last long at all!

Q: Why do you add sugar?
A: We’ve played around with the pasta sauce recipes and have made formulas that do not have added sugar in them but they are far less superior in flavor. We just add a minimal amount to round out the flavor in the sauces for a more gourmet sauce. And, it’s what grandma used to do!
