Mustard Vinaigrette


Mustard Vinaigrette

mustard2 tsp mia’s kitchen Balsamic Reduction
3 oz mia’s kitchen Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tbsp dijon mustard
salt and pepper to taste
2 tsp water

In a small bowl, add the balsamic reduction, and dijon.  Slowly whisk in the extra virgin olive oil.  Add salt and pepper to taste.  If dressing is too thick, whisk in a few teaspoons of water until desired consistency is reached.

Great drizzled over salad, fish and chicken, or used as a marinade.
